On Sunday morning we had our service at the Fair. It was a huge success. Faron Horlacher from Freedom did an awesome job leading worship. He was decked out in cowboy apparel with hat and boots. The songs he began with were country songs with a christian meaning. Then he did a couple worship songs and Amazing Grace. It was perfect and I got alot of compliments about the music. People who normally don't go to church said they knew some of the songs. My message was on The Prodigal Son.....why you ask .....it has a pig and a calf in it.=) During the offering I talked about our donations to the Home of Hope...year 1 a beef...year 2 beef and a swine....this year...year 3 beef swine and a lamb.....then I shared the vision to do all 5 species at the end of 5 years. After service I had someone donate a goat and by the end of Sunday had a veal donated which makes all 5. So this year we will donate....1 beef 2 swine 2 lambs 1 goat and 1 veal. Yes I'm happy and God is awesome! I love having dreams fulfilled by God. $672 offering was collected..... $170 more than last year in a weak economy. Thank you Jesus! And thank you to all who gave! That's what I call having church.....Cowboy Church!!!!

The going away for the RV'ers was great. I enjoyed every part, especially their enthusiasm. It will be such a treat to have them back next year. Hopefully, next year at this time we will be able to occupy and have the RV'ers part of the dedication service.
