What are you investing in? Where and or what gets most of your attention? I have found that people invest in what they value. And you can't really value something that you don't invest in. Here's an example. Golf....I do play do ...not that good not that often. UsuallyI can tell right away if someone is a good golfer. Why you might ask? Because I can see and hear about their investment in the game. It is of high value to them. They talk about watching golf...the book they just read about golf the last tournament they watch on tv their favorite player they rehash the last round they plaed or what they were working on at practice...they value golf...they have new clubs new shoes they latest technology and then...if they really have a high value they will talk about how they have invested time with a younger player helping them to love golf. Some even buy them equipment and pay for their rounds of golf. The invest theirself into it. Makes me think about our faith????Our we investing in it???? Our we giving our young people the oppurtunity to walk out their faith???? We have made a concious effort to invest in them! Here's one way we do....our worship team has 11 members....7 of them are 20 and younger...wow....Lord help us always to invest in them. I am working with yet another young man right now who is 18....investing in him that he might turn his life over to Christ. Christ made the greatest investment of all....He died on the cross.....Who are you putting your life on the line for? If you don't really know then start today!
