Leaders

I'm getting a early start on my Wed. post ....haha...it's 12 am!  I know it might be hard for you to believe but I came up with a saying that is originally I think....atleast I have never heard it before....drum roll please.....Potential leaders are better than leaders with potential! It is alot easier to work with a person with potential to lead....than a leader who is not fulfilling his potential!!!!!  Potential leaders are the ones who are young and have a million questions....you give them a book and a day later they come back and they're already done with it...they read leadership books....they work hard at the ministry they are in...they love a challenge...they are not alright with status quo.....they make a lot of mistakes.... they seem pushy....they aggrevate people but they have a heart to see people changed by the power of God...."leaders with potntial" think they no it all....give them a book and they lose it.....don't ask many questions....don't want a mentor.....kinda lazy....got everything under control.....like the same old same old.....don't see much ministry but do hear a loy about how great it use to be.....usually a pretty good leader.  I want to fill my maximum potential...I always want to be a learner....I always want God to challenge me.....I want to make a new sacrafice...I want to have more faith. I WANT TO HAVE A PASSION FOR CHRIST!!!!! I want to lead well. I never want to think I have arrived....I want to be a Potential Leader!!!!
