My Wife

Diane and I went to a Ministers renewal Monday and Tuesday then drove home last night. We really enjoyed the one night away and chance to be at a church service with no responsibilities. We just soaked it all in, cried, prayed, dreamed, and laughed. One thing about ministry is you have to have a sense a humor. People do the craziest things and you just keep on loving them! We left renewed to some degree and ready for the task of that God has before us. My wife is awesome...she is a co-pastor with me. She does a lot of ministry for the church. A lot of things that are unseen. Thank you Lord for my wife!!!!!

October

Hard to believe this October 2011. Seems like yesterday I was graduating High School. That was 30 years ago. Yesterday Landan turned 12....wow! We had a great family day that ended by seeing the movie Courageous. It was agreat movie and made me think about the important things in my life. Saturday was Freedoms Neighborhood outreach and it was great again. We had around 150 people enjoy the day. Of course the waterslides were the big hit of the day. October is a full month with lots of things on the calander. It should be fun!!!!!
