Big Day

Today Freedom signed all the loan documents for our building. Total loan $456,750.00! That's not bad for a facility that appraised for 2 million in this market.  Now the fun begins...making payments. One thing that evryone told me would happen when we did our fundraising campaign was that it all wouldn't come in. I prayed against that but we still came up about $300,000 short of our pledges. Plus I had no idea about the $65,000 impact fee, $42,000 electric fee, and $14,000 water fee.  Plus $90,000 permit and engineering fee and we paid the property off which was $75,000. So if you do the math you can see that we are pretty happy with the position we are in.....and we own an awesome facility that has seen 60 people get baptized in the last 20 months.
